Job Description
Position Title: Area Sales Manager Cookania (Bakery)
Location: Faisalabad
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Team management
- Customer relation
- Market analysis
- Distribution management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area and occasionally nationally for meetings, conferences, and client visits.
