Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for our Gujranwala branch. As an ASM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads
- Coordinating and overseeing the sales team’s activities
- Motivating and providing training to the sales team to achieve targets
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
