Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and have a strong interest in finance? We are currently seeking an Assistant Accounts Payable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure accurate recording of payables
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable ledger to the general ledger
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
