Job Description
Har Aik Global Associates LLP is looking for an Assistant Audit Manager to join our team in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing various financial consulting services and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing local teams working on various projects and coordinating with staff, managers, and partners in other offices.
- Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Ensuring high-quality work delivery to clients and identifying and escalating risks and issues.
- Creating a positive learning culture and coaching and mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience.
- MBA from a reputable university (majors in finance), fully qualified CA or ACCA professional.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams.
- Coaching, mentoring, and counseling experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Prior experience of dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
