Job Description:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including store opening and closing, while supporting the Branch Manager (BM) in managing the store.
Oversee stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain team for inventory requirements, and maintain proper stock records. Ensure efficient storage and timely replenishment.
Act as the backbone of the store by managing internal processes and ensuring smooth operations, allowing the Branch Manager to focus on higher-level management and customer interactions.
Implement and maintain operational systems to ensure store efficiency. Create workflows that enhance staff productivity without generating demand.
Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Provide support to staff as needed, ensuring a cohesive work environment.
Job Specification:
Intermediate, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
2 years experience within a management or supervisory-based role within the fashion retail industry.
Well-developed customer service skills.
Using computer programs such as Excel, or other software as required.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
