Job Description
Description of Role:
Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for the online sales of the brand. They oversee the operations of the website and are responsible to manage the look, feel and user experience on the website. They will also be responsible to coordinate with the brand for the website operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve website performance
- Work with developers to enhance website speed
- Collaborate with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to boost quality and traffic acquisition
- Ensure a seamless user experience on the brand’s website across various devices
- Research market trends and technologies for website performance enhancement
- Analyze data to devise data-driven strategies for top performance and KPIs
- Manage collection launches, oversee website uploads, and develop landing pages
- Conduct daily and weekly QA of websites for an optimal user experience
- Update relevant artwork on launches and regularly
Skills needed:
- Time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Understanding of eCommerce & clothing specific user journey
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
