Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Call Center Manager to manage daily call center operations in Karāchi. In this role, you will oversee a team of call center representatives, analyze call center data, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Contact Center Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Team Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the language instruction or leadership training industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with call center technologies is a plus
