Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in a call center at M&P Express Logistics, you will be responsible for supervising call center operations, handling customer escalations, monitoring performance metrics, assisting in training and development, conducting performance reviews, and addressing operational issues.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations in the contact center.
- Ensure adherence to processes, systems, and schedules to drive service excellence and productivity.
- Ensure call center agents effectively carry out duties to customers.
- Activate contingency plans for emergencies and provide support to peers.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and proactively.
- Support call center agents during peak times or absences.
