Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting in project planning, design review, and implementation
- Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with authorized specifications and requirements
- Preparing bills of quantities and estimates for construction projects
- Conducting site visits and inspections, and providing technical advice
- Maintaining project records and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering, project planning, and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera P6, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of ETABS, SAP, and Safe is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as IEP or PEC, are a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering (minimum CGPA 3) with PEC Registration.
- 1-2 years in construction and supervision.
