Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Community Manager to manage our location in I10, Islamabad. If you are great at forming relationships and also have a little bit of administrative acumen, this role is for you. Kickstart is the fastest-growing co-working space brand in Pakistan and offers great growth opportunities for candidates who are willing to put their hearts in.
Required background:
- Fresh to 1 year experience
- Graduate from a reputable university
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist community members, visitors, and guests at the front desk.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information about the community.
- Community Engagement:
- Assist in creating a warm and inclusive environment for community members.
- Act as a liaison between community members and management, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Event Support:
- Support the planning and coordination of community events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Assist with event logistics, including registration and attendee check-in.
- Communication Hub:
- Manage communication channels, including email and phone, to ensure timely responses and a high level of customer service.
- Distribute important announcements and updates to the community.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed.
- Visitor Management:
- Register and guide visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience while adhering to security protocols.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
