Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing social media content and engage in online conversations
- Manage online reputation and monitor engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Maintain an active social media presence by posting regularly
- Coordinate paid online advertising and execute targeted ad campaigns
- Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
- Generate new social media content and support the sales team
- Analyze and report on social media metrics
- Perform social media listening and provide insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or communications
- 2-3 years of social media experience in corporate communications
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to create engaging content from complex ideas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven success in managing social media
