Job Description
Askari Auditors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
