Job Description
We seek an experienced Academic Officer to support undergraduate program management. Required: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Education (HEC-recognized) with 4–5 years in academic management or teaching. PhD and accreditation experience are desirable.
- Manage cases for new UG programs and coordinate curriculum review and ACM meetings.
- Prepare policy working papers, implement HEC/accreditation guidelines, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Handle student academic queries/complaints, organize IHDs, draft minutes, and track action items.
- Maintain data, reports, and presentations; perform duties assigned by the Director Academics.
Essential skills: higher education policy, data management, MS Office; desirable: curriculum development, academic administration, strong communication and problem-solving.
