Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the President in developing and implementing project management strategies and best practices
- Oversee project managers and their teams, providing guidance and mentorship
- Monitor project performance and conduct regular status meetings
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support resource allocation and budget management across multiple projects
- Drive process improvements within the PMO
- Stay updated on industry trends in project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are desirable
- Experience in E-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
