Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Dispatcher to join our team. As an Assistant Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating and dispatching our vehicles and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Dispatch team in organizing schedules, communicating with drivers, and tracking deliveries. Additionally, you will help monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Assist Dispatch team in managing schedules and routes
- Communicate effectively with drivers and relay critical information
- Track deliveries and update customers on order statuses
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
