Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant role located in Islamabad. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the management team with administrative tasks and performing various office duties, such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. The Assistant will also be responsible for producing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing documents, among other tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
