Requirements:
- Implement standard operating procedures according to lean manufacturing principles and ensure compliance.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve procedures to enhance production, quality, and safety.
- Identify and suggest ways for cost-efficient CCM production and reduction in wastage.
- Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of CCM machinery and equipment.
- Responsible for quality production and troubleshooting of all quality-related issues.
- Ensure PPEs and maintain overall housekeeping of the plant.
- Supervise CCM workshop activities on a daily basis.
- Supervise shutdown and turnaround during maintenance.
- Generate monthly production and downtime reports.
Education: B.E. Metallurgy
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi
