Job Description
Bachelors in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum and Gas Engineering with at least 02 years of experience in Operational / Process Industry. Candidate having working experience on SCADA / DCS / PLC will be preferred. The position is required for shift duties.
- Transmission Pipeline pressures monitoring on SCADA
- The role requires a high-level attention to detail as well ability to react quickly.
- Responding to alarms and alerts generated by the system, investigating issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Communicating with field personnel and other members of the control room team to coordinate system maintenance, repairs, and other activities.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and working with other team members to implement changes.
- Meeting all the targets set by SSGC and Gas Swap arrangements.
- Data entry and logging of all activities during the shifts.
Core & Role Specific Competencies
- Analytical skills, Data interpretation.
- Vigilant and keen observer.
- Good understanding with excel formatted data and its tools.
- Shift work is required, should be comfortable working in control room environment for extended period
