Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Event Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Event Sales Manager in organizing and executing successful events and driving sales revenue.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting in developing strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinating with event planners and vendors to ensure smooth event operations
  • Preparing event proposals and contracts, and negotiating pricing with clients
  • Overseeing the logistics and execution of events, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Providing reports on event performance and sales activities to the management team

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, is required.
