Role Description
- Collaborate on export strategies with senior management aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research for gloves exports, identifying opportunities and trends.
- Ensure accurate and compliant export documentation.
- Stay updated on export regulations and tariffs for risk mitigation.
- Build strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Act as a liaison for client inquiries, issue resolution, and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics for optimized shipping routes and reduced lead times.
- Oversee inventory for meeting customer demands and maintaining stock levels.
- Identify potential distributors and partners to expand market reach.
- Develop market entry strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for export activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Collaborate across departments for seamless export coordination.
- Provide export-related support to other company divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export operations, preferably in the gloves or related industry.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
- Export and International Trade skills.
- Business Planning and International Business skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
