Job Description
Job Brief:
Rolustech is looking for highly enthusiastic individuals who are open to challenges and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for establishing end-to-end Facility Management operations and liaison with relevant stakeholders for smooth transitions of property whilst taking care of building-related affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build & lead a team of Facility Management resources.
- Coordination with the Project development team for smooth transition.
- Engage resources/third party for daily services.
- Execute agreements between owner & management company.
- Record keeping and smooth building operations.
- Shift management of building staff and their payroll.
- Comply with management and meet SLAs.
- Facilitate unit owner’s affairs about property.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors
- Experience: 5 Years in relevant Field
- Location: Gulberg, Lahore
