Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Front Desk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area and ensuring excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in training and supervising front desk staff
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Resolving guest inquiries and complaints
- Managing room reservations and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
