Job Description

Robust Support & Solutions is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager for a night shift position, operating six days a week. This role involves assisting the General Manager with multifaceted responsibilities across various departments.

  • Strategize and execute plans to drive organizational objectives and sustained growth.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations’ efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Mentor and lead teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize resources for profitability.
  • Manage back-office operations for 130+ stores, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Supervise multiple back-office teams, overseeing tasks like attendance records and operational standards.
  • Identify market opportunities and maintain industry awareness.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, representing company values and interests.
  • Direct departments like Live Monitoring, Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, Accounts, HR, Administration, and Design.

This comprehensive role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and contributing to the organization’s overall success.
