Job Description
The Indus Hospital is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Head Nurse to join our team. As the Assistant Head Nurse, you will work closely with the Head Nurse to oversee daily nursing department operations and ensure top-notch patient care.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, possess a valid RN license, have at least 3 years of nursing experience, and exhibit strong leadership qualities. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Key responsibilities include staff supervision, policy development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
