Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and management of Repair & Maintenance queries related to system components (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, etc.)
- Time Attendance Uptime Tracking and troubleshooting.
- CCTV uptime tracking and troubleshooting.
- IT help Desk Ticket Assignment, Resolution of Queries.
- Responsibility of gauging Company Hardware systems & Planning Upgrades as per workload Requirements of each business unit.
- Responsibility of ensuring time Attendance uptime, backup Of Server Machines and redundancy across Company sites.
- Responsibility to assist IT supervisor in qualifying, and modifications to company sites with scope of desktop, Workstations server management, Printing Services, Networking.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same capacity
Qualifications: BSCS or equivalent
Location: Lahore
