Job Description
This position is designed to aid in supervising activities aimed at enhancing clinical and service quality within the hospital. Responsibilities include working closely with Medical & Nursing staff, assisting in JCIA quality initiatives, and collaborating with Physicians/Managers for quality-related projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Risk Management, Performance Improvement, Data Analysis, and handling Patient Complaints & Issues. The role also involves establishing and maintaining quality management systems as directed by the Head of QIPS.
