Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager at A&O Sourcing International. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities of the team to ensure production and quality standards are met. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining production, tracking orders, and liaising with departments, including sales, design, and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Textiles, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Co-ordinator in a manufacturing or fashion-related industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with production tracking systems is a plus
