Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager (Accounting & Finance). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring and managing cash flow and budgetary control
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assisting with the implementation of financial policies and procedures
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software is also required.
