Role Description:
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Islamabad for an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance. As an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounting records and financial statements, analyzing financial data, and participating in budgeting and forecasting. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper accounting procedures, controls, and financial analysis to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications:
- BBA/ MBA in Finance or relevant degree
- CA Finalist with Article ship/ ACCA qualified (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes and tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and QuickBooks
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
