Job Description
Develop procedures and ensure accurate implementation of the recording, classifying, and summarizing of daily financial transactions.
Ensure full implication of International Accounting Standards (IAS).
Supervise accounts staff to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Authorize all ledger postings.
Check and finalize the payroll for final approval from Chief Executive Officer.
Review and verify bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts.
Monitor receivables aging and authorize payments for approved bills.
Responsible for on-time payments to suppliers and accurate financial performance standards.
Assist in cash planning and formulate budgets.
Develop final accounts and stay updated on tax laws.
Conduct performance monitoring sessions and set KPIs for reporting staff.
