Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Manager in overseeing the financial activities of the company. You will be expected to ensure accurate reporting, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients/vendors, and assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in using accounting software. The ideal candidate must also be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
