Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Administration at Nizam Sons. The Assistant Manager Administration will be responsible for various day-to-day administrative tasks within the company. This includes overseeing office operations, managing facilities and resources, coordinating with internal departments, handling documentation and record-keeping, and assisting in budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in office administration, including office management and coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in the textile industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
