Job Description
Company Description: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is a distinguished non-profit organization committed to humanitarian services since 1990. We offer various services such as disaster management, health services, education, orphan care, clean water, and more across Pakistan.
Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Lahore office. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating projects, managing staff and volunteers, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of humanitarian services
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Urdu
