The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking an Assistant Manager Analytics to drive data management and analytics initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, creating reports, developing Power BI dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with teams for insights.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of statistical modeling, database design, and programming with SQL. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field required.
Experience:
Ideal candidate has 2-3 years of Data Analysis experience in a medium-to-large Enterprise, with Education Sector experience as a plus.
