They create powerful brand engagements in multiple platforms such as trade fairs, consumer fairs, conferences, seminars, opening ceremonies, and PR activities. BXSS owns the largest inventory of infrastructure to execute events of any scale.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at BXSS. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting event managers in coordinating and executing events. They will monitor event timelines, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee event logistics.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with event planning and management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
