Job Purpose:
- Drive Data Analytics activities for Zong
- Execute Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics strategies
- Optimize customer experiences & revenue growth through modeling
- Design processes for effective data analysis and reporting
- Propose data-driven solutions to business challenges
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable insights to Business users
- Analyze subscriber base, offers, and usage behavior
- Generate reports, dashboards, and competition analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor degree. Masters in CS/IT/AI, Finance preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 5+ Years relevant experience.
Skills:
- Statistical Concepts
- Presentation, project, stakeholder & team management
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI experience
- Knowledge of R, Python, SQL
- Machine learning and statistical techniques
