Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager BI at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in maintaining and enhancing our Business Intelligence system to support informed decision-making processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions and applications
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends
- Generate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize existing BI tools and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis and BI technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools is essential.
