Overview:
We are looking for a candidate to lead business development at DHL, focusing on enhancing business growth. Responsibilities include understanding clients’ shipping requirements and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Major Expertise: Sales and business acumen in Ocean Freight sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Oversee designated client portfolio.
- Develop sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Negotiate service agreements with clients.
- Present proposals to potential customers.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor evaluations.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Thorough understanding of Ocean freight and logistics sector.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated sales track record.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
