Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an incumbent for the position of Assistant Manager Business Development at DHL Global Forwarding. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to enhance business growth, focusing on Ocean Freight domain expertise. Candidates must maintain strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and manage sales activities effectively.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding.
- Deep understanding of Ocean freight and logistics.
- Proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
