Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role of Assistant Manager Business Development located in Karachi and Islamabad. The Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and developing and implementing strategic plans. They will collaborate with various teams to find solutions for clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and monitoring business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the furniture industry and interior design is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
