Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Paysys Labs. The ideal candidate will drive our company’s growth in the fintech industry by establishing new partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and identifying market opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies for fintech market growth.
- Acquire new clients and partnerships to expand company offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with various teams to align strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients for repeat business.

Job Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of Payments and Banking Industry.
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in fintech.
- Strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with fintech trends and technologies.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
