Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Lahore at But-Y.com. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and making strategic decisions to lead the company to growth and success.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies, marketing plans, and sales forecasts
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in management, sales, and customer service is preferred
- Fluent in English and Urdu
