Job Description
Ibex is seeking an exceptional candidate to oversee carrier relationships and logistics operations. Responsibilities include expanding carrier network, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient goods movement within the EST time zone.
The Role:
- Identify and select new carriers for network expansion.
- Manage relationships with telecom providers.
- Monitor carrier performance for on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with carriers for cost-efficient routing.
- Resolve carrier-related issues.
The Requirements:
- BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in telecom carrier relations.
- Understanding of operator models and service priorities.
- Experience in service analytics and network cost management.
- Efficient project management skills.
