Department & Function: Govt. & Corporate Sales Central
Location: Lahore
Reporting to: Regional Manager Corporate Sales
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose: Establish, maintain, and develop the company’s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business and retain existing clients through exclusive customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Supervise team of Relationship Managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and achieve set targets.
- New Business Development:
- Meet monthly sales targets and drive growth through existing clients.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues for new referrals.
- Revenue:
- Achieve revenue targets set by management.
- Enhance revenue from existing and prospective clients.
- Customer Retention/Churn:
- Track corporate activations and prevent customer churn.
- Develop tactics for customer retention and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in relevant field.
Skills: Communication, leadership, presentation, team player, relationship building, business development.
