Job Description
Cakes and Bakes, a leading organization based in Lahore, is in search of an Assistant Manager to join our Customer Care team. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in BBA/MBA or a Master’s in Marketing, along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a customer-centric approach. Key responsibilities include managing the customer care team, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and guaranteeing exceptional service delivery.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs 100,00.00 to Rs 150,00.00 per month.
