Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager – Customer Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any escalated issues.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Manager in developing customer service policies and procedures, training and coaching staff, monitoring customer interactions, and analyzing feedback to implement improvements.

The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a supervisory role and a customer service-oriented mindset are preferred.
