Job Summary:

Overseeing employee-customer interactions, CRM system integration, and verification of healthcare professional databases with regulatory bodies. Responsible for building models for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), identifying process gaps, and implementing best practices. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable reports for targeted improvements in customer management will be essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building Models for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Develop models to enhance SFE, identify process gaps, and implement best practices.
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable reports for improvements.
• Customer Interactions & Data Analytics: Manage and analyze data related to interactions, and generate reports.
• Periodic SFE Metrics Reports: Develop reports and models to measure, report on, control, and enhance SFE.
• Supporting Sales & Marketing: Provide timely and actionable reports to the teams for improvements.
• CRM System Management: Implement and integrate a CRM system for customer data management.
• HCP Database Verification: Validate healthcare professional databases with regulatory bodies.
• Data Accuracy Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to assess and ensure the accuracy of healthcare professional data.
• Process Improvement: Identify inconsistencies in processes and adopt best practices for enhancement.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced dashboard creation, and Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
