- Responsibilities:
- Custodian of Deposit Products road map, focusing on product mix development. Develop awareness and new business models for growth. Manage Partner relations, Product, and P&L. Conduct market research, SOPs creation, and regulatory compliance.
- Requirement:
- 5+ years in banking with 1-2 years in Deposit Product Development. Growth mindset, Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), microfinance understanding.
- Essential Skills:
- Digital product knowledge, Banking Procedures, SBP regulations, independence, analytical, communication skills, Customer Support, multi-tasking.
- Desired Skills:
- MMBL product/process knowledge, compliance understanding.
