Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Custodian of Deposit Products road map with a focus on product mix development.
- Increase product and service awareness through strategic avenues.
- Design and implement new business models for growth and profitability.
- End-to-End Process Management for Partner, Product, and P&L Management.
- Conduct market research to support product development.
- Prepare SOPs, Circulars, Minutes, User Guides, etc.
- Research, analyze, design BRDs, perform UAT, and deploy new features.
- Ensure compliance with SBP/Regulator guidelines.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/HOD.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years banking experience with 1-2 years in Deposit Product Development.
- Growth Mindset with experience in launching deposit products.
- Familiarity with Product Development Process flows.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- Understanding of microfinance industry.
Essential Skills:
- Digital product and consumer behavior knowledge.
- Understanding of Banking Procedures, Policies & Products.
- Familiarity with SBP regulations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical, Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Prior Customer Support and Product Development experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage activities efficiently.
