Job Description

Principle Accountabilities:
- Support the distribution strategy designing and reviewing for a robust route to market strategy to drive operational and strategic route agenda with business partners for volume growth and route service
- Manage Distributor Business Development Support in terms of allocation, phasing, and overall budget
- Liaise with customer finance to identify key profitability baskets and devise way forward accordingly
- Provide on the job training to team which will encourage out of box thinking in order to develop disruptive strategies
- Execute and monitor field training agenda to ensure regular coaching of internal and external teams through different training interventions
- Implementation Plans and Controls to identify and measure key performance indicators (people performance matrix, daily meetings, recognition programs, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Working experience of Power BI
- Experience with Secondary Sales Systems
- Negotiation Skills
Eligibility:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience required in Sales or related.
