Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our E-Commerce team, specializing in the apparel industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our online retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing E-Commerce strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions and imagery
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the apparel industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of online retail platforms and marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
